NanoTherma Wins Access Innovation Award for Turning Data-Center Heat into Power

NanoTherma has won first place — by unanimous decision — in the annual innovation competition run by Access, the Shapir Group’s innovation arm, for a system that converts waste heat from AI data centers back into usable electricity. Led by co-founder and CEO Nimrod Gazit, NanoTherma uses thin, solid-state thermoelectric panels — no liquids or moving parts — that slot into existing data-center cooling infrastructure to recover energy that would otherwise be lost.
