EUDIS Business Accelerator Cohort 3 Begins with 20 Defence Innovators from Across Europe
The third cohort of the EUDIS Business Accelerator is officially underway, bringing together 20 promising defence start-ups and scale-ups from 13 EU Member States and Norway for the next phase of their acceleration journey.
Following a record 499 applications, the selected companies gathered in Tallinn, Estonia, for the programme’s first milestone: the Kick-Off Bootcamp. This three-day event marked the beginning of an intensive eight-month journey focused on helping innovative technologies move closer to operational deployment.
Connecting Start-ups with the European Defence Ecosystem
The Tallinn Bootcamp provided founders with direct access to key stakeholders shaping the future of European defence innovation.
Throughout the three days, participants engaged with:
- Military end-users from across the region and Ukraine
- Leading defence industry players, including Patria
- Investors and ecosystem experts
- Entrepreneurs with first-hand experience scaling defence technologies
The objective was to connect companies with the insights, networks, and opportunities needed to navigate the complexity of the defence market.
From Innovation to Operational Capability
The EUDIS Business Accelerator is designed to bridge the gap between prototype development and operational deployment.
During the programme, selected companies will benefit from:
- 5 on-site bootcamps across Europe
- Tailored mentorship and business support
- Direct engagement with defence stakeholders and investors
- A €120,000 non-dilutive seed voucher
The programme focuses on helping founders refine their market strategies, better understand operational requirements, and accelerate the adoption of their solutions within the European defence ecosystem.
