Picogrid Selected to Support NATO’s Maven Smart System Across Member States
Picogrid has been selected for NATO’s Decision Superiority Warfighter Challenge to operationalize the connective layer between tactical-edge sensors and the Alliance’s Maven Smart System (MSS). The initiative synthesizes resilient, edge-processed data directly into the Allied command framework, providing commanders with a unified operating picture to make faster, more informed decisions.
In modern operations, NATO commanders face an overwhelming influx of sensor data from 32 member nations, each with their own systems. Picogrid’s platform integrates these disparate sensors into MSS, turning fragmented information into a real-time, actionable map without requiring nations to replace their existing equipment. This ensures interoperability, faster decision-making, and the ability to add new capabilities seamlessly.
With a proven track record in integrating tactical-edge systems with platforms such as MSS, Lattice, and TAK, Picogrid strengthens NATO’s operational readiness and contributes to the Alliance’s defense modernization efforts.
