Starburst is calling for mentors for SITA Acceleration Program

Starburst is thrilled to announce the second iteration of the SITA internal Accelerator Bootcamp. This corporate innovation program aims to foster internal innovation through a 12-week bootcamp, starting in May, 2024, to fast-track disruptive and innovative projects from ideas to product market fit. 

We are on the lookout for international industry experts from the aviation industry with a background in the airline, airport, traffic control among other sectors. This is your chance to shape the future of aviation through an esteemed corporate acceleration program from a leading aviation industry supplier. 

The Bootcamp follows a company-wide Call for Proposals to source the highest potential ideas across the SITA workforce. These projects have the opportunity to pursue their idea and get exposure to top quality coaching to turn their vision into a viable business case. Therefore, the lean startup methodology is adopted in an iterative process within a 12-week bootcamp. The project ideas will follow 4 innovation themes and category, as outlined below:

This is your opportunity to engage in a transformative 12-week bootcamp, through either leading Workshops on a wide range of topics or through guiding the projects as a Mentor throughout the program in a European location. SITA will offer a standardized compensation package to the Project Mentors.

• Bootcamp period: May 27th to mid-September (with a break from August 5th to August 30th) 
• “Ask-me-anything” webinar session: April 30th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm CEST
