The BLAST Take Off of the second cohort
What a BLAST!
On Tuesday, September 14th, Starburst gathered more than 100 people for the TAKE OFF of the second Starburst Aerospace BLAST Cohort.

Before the TAKE OFF reception, mentors and startups were given the opportunity to connect during our matchmaking session. We are grateful to our mentors for offering consistent guidance to our startups.
Cohort 2 of BLAST included 14 startups and research projects: Octofan, Static Engines, Windlair, Disaitek, SpaceLocker, Constellation Global, Sylphaero, Aerix Systems, Arkane-Tech, Spaceblocs, Meoss, Medoc, Neamine and Matrix Gravity Waves.
Many thanks to our partners from BLAST’s inception: École Polytechnique, ONERA – The French Aerospace Lab and SATT PARIS SACLAY, and to our supporting partners: CNES, MBDA , Agence de l’innovation de défense, Armée de l’air et de l’espace, OVHcloud.
And a huge thanks for the strong support given by our four panelists: Clarisse Angelier (ANRT) announced ANRT’s support for this second edition and future cohorts; Sonia Falourd (Bpifrance) announced a renewed support from BPI to ensure funding for the following cohorts; Aurélie Girou (Safran) announced the launch of Explore H2 program, for dedicated hydrogen startups, in collaboration with BLAST. In addition, Géraldine Naja (European Space Agency) announced an upcoming partnership with BLAST.
